The photographs of your Wedding Day are supremely important. After all, they’re going to help
keep the details of that most wonderful of days fresh in your memory forever! But decisions,
decisions... As if you haven’t already got enough to think about, now you’ve got to decide exactly
what you want to do about the photos! All day coverage, perhaps, or just photos of the ceremony
itself? Photos mounted in an album or loose? Literally hundreds of photos – or just a select few? Some or all the images on disk for you to print yourself? It’s your decision entirely. Nonetheless,
you’ve probably got a budget in mind and are wondering what’s possible without breaking the
bank. So I’m going to ask you to do two things.
Step One: Look at the at-a-glance table and decide what length of coverage you’d like by looking
along the top row. Then check the column below, to see a selection of finished products you can
choose from - your choice of Print Photographs only, or completed Album or some / all your images
on CD. Please remember these are just indicative price examples only to give you an idea of what’s
possible. And if my Price Guide suggestions don’t exactly match what you want, then I’ll happily
modify them to suit you.
Step Two: After you’ve looked at the at-a-glance table examples, please contact me and give me
your Wedding Day details and what you’d like. I will then give you a quote based on your own
specifications.

1. Pricing
a. “Prices From” These are for now cost illustrations only, examples based on venues local to me
(Maidstone) & ‘standard’ attendance times at venues. No VAT is payable on these prices.
b. Payment in 3 Installments.
c. You will receive a written, Personal Price Illustration when you give me your requirements.
d. Illustrated Prices include: all coverage & travel on the Day, all items as mentioned in Note 2 below
plus one of the following finished items:
• Print Photographs only options: Print size = 8”x6”(roughly”A5” size).
• Traditional Album with Photographs option: ‘Traditional style’ smart, standard size, “Ravello”
bonded leather album, featuring your choice of a ‘mix’ of Print Photograph sizes: 8”x8”, 8”x6” &
6”x4” over 15 pages (30 sides).
• Digitaly Printed ‘story book’ style Albums option: The Album is a 16 page, 14”x11” canvas cover
album with a photo printed on the front cover and 70 to 110 images printed straight on to the pages.
• Pictures on CD: You choose 120 photos to be copied on to a CD in full quality (high resolution) from
all of the pictures taken on your Day (which you’ll see from the several hundred low resolution,
rough proof images given you on a previous CD). You also receive a license to print the pictures
yourself. Prices for other quantities of images? - Ask. 2. Timetable for Before, On and After Your Day
a. Before the Day: Two Meetings to discuss all details & written Confirmation of all details.
b. On the Day: My Coverage, as illustrated.
c. Follow Up After the Day:
Initially
• CD, featuring ALL the images from your Day as rough proofs.
• Free Press Picture (if desired)
• Private Website - so all your Guests can view the images on the internet & order prints.
Later on
• You view the images on my laptop to help you in your decision making’ regarding your
initial choice of either Prints Only or Album or Photos on CD.
Further Reprint & Enlargement Prints, Canvas Wall Portraits, DVDs etc can be made at any time!
Budget Offer
The new budget offer is designed for those of us on a low budget and includes coverage of your
ceremony only at Archbishop’s Palace Registry Office in Maidstone before, during and outside after
the ceremony. This offer does not apply to weekend weddings.
Initially you will receive a rough proof quality CD and a private website showing all the photos I took
on your Day, for you and your friends and family to pick and choose from. You will be able to use the
CD or website to choose which photographs you want printed. Once you have chosen your photographs,
I will print them for you.

The budget offer includes a reduced service with only one brief meeting before the day. Photographs
are dispatched by Royal Mail. Additional prints, reprints, enlargements, wall portraits, albums or a
DVD are available at any time afterwards as your photos will be safely archived. Price on application.
